1. Introduction
At CodeBayt Tech ("we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our website, services, and applicationsโincluding our Pixory Photo Book designer ("Pixory").
2. Information We Collect
To deliver our services effectively, we collect several categories of information:
- Account Info: When you register or log in, we store your username, email, and password hashes.
- Google Integration Data: If you use Google Single Sign-On (SSO), Google Photos, or Google Drive imports, we retrieve specific user data as detailed in Section 3.
- Album & Content Data: Layout preferences, cover designs, pages, and photos you upload/import for your custom photobooks.
- Transaction Details: Payment tokens processed securely via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
๐ 3. Google API Data & User Permissions
Our application integrates with Google APIs to streamline authentication and asset import. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Single Sign-On (SSO):
When logging in using Google SSO, we request access to your primary email address and public profile details. We use this information solely to identify your account or establish a secure profile on our system.
Google Drive & Google Photos:
When importing memories into your Pixory Photo Book, we use Google Identity Services and the Google Picker API to let you select files. We only access the specific image files you select. The selected images are securely copied to our server to place them on your photobook pages.
Limited Use Disclosure:
CodeBayt's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never transfer your photos, emails, or personal details to advertising platforms, data brokers, or any third parties.
4. How We Protect Your Data
We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including:
- Enforced HTTPS/TLS encryption for all client-server communications.
- Secure, HTTP-only, and anti-forgery authentication cookies.
- Secure SQLite and EF Core persistence layers to isolate user assets.
- Strict access controls restricting asset accessibility exclusively to the creator account.
5. Data Deletion
You have complete ownership over your account data. You can delete your custom photo albums at any time from your dashboard, which immediately and permanently purges all associated page assets and layout configurations from our storage systems. To request complete account deletion, please email support@codebayt.com.
