1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodeBayt Tech website, platform, and our Pixory Photo Book creator ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use our Services.
2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.
🔌 3. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our Services integrate with third-party APIs, specifically Google APIs (Google Drive, Google Photos, and Google SSO) and Stripe for payments.
- Google Integration: Your utilization of Google Photos and Google Drive is subject to the Google Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google accounts, API rate limits, or credentials.
- Stripe Payment Processing: Payment processing services for Pixory print orders are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
4. Acceptable Conduct & Photo Submissions
You retain full intellectual property rights (including copyrights) for any photo assets you upload or import. However, you grant CodeBayt a temporary, non-exclusive license to store, crop, compile, and process your photos solely to construct and print your photobook orders. You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
- Contains illegal materials, hate speech, or harassment.
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or scripts designed to disrupt the platform.
5. Order Printing, Pricing, and UAE Delivery
All photobook orders placed through Pixory are custom-printed. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase, and payment is processed securely via Stripe. Shipping is handled by local UAE courier services. Since each product is fully custom, all print orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
CodeBayt Tech provides its platform "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
